Women’s Self Defense

Our Women’s Self Defense program at CFTMA is designed to empower women with practical, effective techniques to stay safe in any situation. Rooted in traditional martial arts but adapted for modern reality, this class focuses on situational awareness, de-escalation, and high-impact defensive techniques that do not rely on size or strength.

Practical Empowerment

We teach a comprehensive system of self-protection that covers everything from identifying potential threats to physical defense. Our goal is to provide you with the tools and the confidence to navigate the world with peace of mind.

“Shane, just wanted to thank you again for providing us with such an awesome experience today. I think we all learned some very valuable information and went home feeling a little less vulnerable. I know some of us would be interested in the progressive classes in the fall! Thanks again for your professionalism and expertise!”
